An Italian variety of Olive. Walnut shell and vanilla on the nose which carries through the mouth with a rich, creamy palate. A nicely balanced oil with a medium level of bitterness.

 

Hot tip: after you’ve baked a rich delicious pasta dish, drizzle this olive oil over the top of the pasta before serving and take in the beautiful aroma of the oil whilst lifting the flavour of your dish.

This oil also holds its own in a nice fresh Caprese Salad or as a dipping oil for your cheese board.
