Another Italian variety of Olive with aromas of lavender, rosemary and herbs on the nose. Nice clean palate with a peppery undertone giving you a nice little kick on the finish. Another well balanced oil with medium bitterness.
 
Hot tip: This is a great all rounder. If you want a dipping oil with a peppery kick, this is your oil. Alternatively, mix this into a nice marinade or spicy rub or just pour it over your favourite roast (before and after!)
